Hi,

I have just applied for my private hire licenence and im looking for some advice please:

Is it best to use my own vehicle and rent a radio or to rent a car off a taxi company?

What is the rate per mile roughly in the Wigan area?

How much am i likely to earn on a week day from a busy town centre taxi company? i know its a hard question to answer but a rough idea would be nice.

how much roughly is my insurance per year, i am 30 years old?

im just really looking for an idea of what i can expect from being a taxi driver.

Hope you can help.

Ian
