Hi,
I have decided to try to get my ph licence in Bournemouth but not being from the area originally it seems a bit daunting looking at the amount of streets.
I have lived here for 2 years and know my way around very well by site and I do know quite a few roads by name and location, most of the knowledge I am ok with but...on one part of our knowledge we are given 30 roads randomly and the answer is multiple choice and this is where I may struggle.
My question really is are there any useful tips for learning roads apart from wasting lots of fuel driving around, I know I can study the A-Z but its also having a visual memory to associate the road to the name.
I am curious to what methods anyone used in a similar situation not being from the area they are now driving in?
There is no classes that any firms run and the local authority give the same line when i have asked them too.
Help much appreciated
