Mine is 75 too. You in Reading?
What does the medical involve? Do they just make sure you aren't about to have a heart attack, and you can lift a heavy suitcase or something?

No, not in Reading, in Surrey, but the form was mainly about medical history & eyesight - oh & any drugs or ongoing treatment.
